Important Notice

Given the current situation regarding Coronavirus, there is no higher priority to us than the safety of our contractors, tenants, partners, employees and their families. Below are a list of FAQs which we hope will alleviate a few concerns:

Is FS Properties still open?

We have taken the position that we must keep going until told otherwise by the Government, therefore we are running as normal. Our office is open but running on minimal measures. We would request that if you have a concern or need to get hold of the office, please email us as normal or call us on 020 8771 3787, between the office hours of 9am-5pm. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

You should have been emailed our Coronavirus Letter. We would request you follow the government-led advice to protect yourself and your loved ones in these difficult and testing times.

What do I do if I have a repair?

We have categorised maintenance and repairs into two elements: Emergency and Non-Emergency visits. Understandably, to contain the virus and risk of infection we need to ensure that firstly, your health is protected; and secondly our maintenance team is not at risk of infection. However big or small, it’s important that if you need a repair, you email or call the office and let us know. We will then take a view on its priority and advise you. We humbly request you take a view on the current situation and be patient with us.

What provisions are FS Properties putting in place to combat Coronavirus?

As mentioned above, we have issued a letter to all our tenants and if you have not received one, please let us know so that we can update your contact details. If this is the case please call or email us with your current email and contact number. We will endeavour to send you a briefing on combating the virus.

We hope the above provides you with a small amount of relief in these worrying times. We thank you for your ongoing support and know that we will get through this period together.

- Managing Director, FS Properties
